Well, the Navy really looks like a bunch of out of touch dips on this one. Apparently now they include training to help the recruiters understand the "young" people they are recruiting. I was a recruiter for the Navy and I thought this kind of thing would be a given considering that most of the recruiters are fulfilling only their 2nd or 3rd tour. They are often as young as 21 and seldom older than 30 unless they are the recruiter in charge. Apparently, to quote Christian Slater in Pump up the volume, "Society is mutating so rapidly that anyone over the age of twenty has really no idea." . By the way, that movie came out in 1990.
